	Because of Black Strikes, black people do not have an effective voice on Jefferson Parish juries.
	In Louisiana they have majority verdicts in all but death cases. Only ten jurors need to agree on the verdict
	If there are no blacks on a death case or two or less blacks on a felony case then the black jurors do not have a vote that counts.
	This occurs in 80% of trials in Jefferson Parish!
