this, we can work out the proportion of blacks that should
be serving on their juries
We calculated the proportion of juries that would
end up with no blacks or one black or two blacks
etc.
if juries were being randomly selected in a parish
that was 23% black.This is done using statistics and a thing
called a Poisson Distribution.
