Donald Rowan joined Cameron Mary in the ill-fated fashion experiment
of January 2003.
He wore a tie with a grim reaper on it to hearings in the death
penalty case of a black teenager. While pushing for the court to
kill the young man Donnie horrified the defendant’s family with his
racial insensitivity.
This even though the Jefferson Parish DA’s had been warned about
racist conduct in this case once already by the Louisiana Supreme
